These delicious cupcakes were homemade. Chocolate cupcake with cream cheese and chocolate chip filling. I made them for a wedding that was on July 1st. I thought they turned out cute.. Simply, Classy, and very yummy...
This is what I did all day June 30th.
I started at 10 am and made 2 batches of fondant frosting...
It took all day... But it is crazy to say that I REALLY LOVED it! It was fun so see them all together and watch the boxes fill up... We ended up with 7 of these huge boxes full.
Here I am about half way done with the Cupcakes! Only 3 more boxes to fill...
Thank goodness for my two helpers! My mom and Brother saved me...
12 pm - 8:30 pm was constant cupcake making... They were all made from scratch so there was alot of mixing ingredients, cleaning pans, and baking involved.
11 pm- 3 am start to roll out fondant frosting and cutting out circles, then put circle on each of the cupcakes.

Wow! You go girl! I don't mind baking but on the last dozen or so of whatever I am baking I am really sick of it. Sometimes I wish you could bake everything in one big batch.
Also, I will take a cake.
Ally I had no idea you were an expert baker! You inspire me to try to bake because I have a matching apron! I'll have to put it on sometime!
HOLY COW!!!! I didn't know you did stuff like that! That's really cool! They did turn out really classy and very cute! See you on Monday at the baby shower!
